wod

yesterday:
had my free personal training session!

3 sets of:
1000M row
20(each side) one armed kb swings (10#)
20 modified burpees (no jump)
30 sec wall squat hold

then a bunch of ab work. pretty good workout, had me sweatin' good!


today:
6 pull ups.
6 dips.
30 wall ball shots (8# ball)
15 push ups.

3 rounds for time.

now im getting ready for the blizzard...with mushroom lasagna that is taking FOREVER to cook im so hungryyyy.
