So I woke up this morning and took advantage of the little hotel pool. 30 laps. Still trying to figure out how big the pool is so I can convert that to meters and decide if it was a good workout or not.
Then I had some time to kill before dinner, so gym'ed it up again.
Run 1 mile (7:55)
then 3 rounds of:
15 bench press of 10# dumbells on stability ball
15 sit ups
10 push ups
Now it's almost dinner time. Richmond, VA seems to have every chain restaurant known to man conveniently located near the hilton. Gonna be hard to decide where to go... PF Changs has my vote! BOOYA.
