crazy dayyyy. about to run to a fancy client dinner, but got a workout in before -

run 1 mile (7:48)
50 wall ball shots (8#)
50 back extensions
50 bent over rows (10# dumbbells)
10 deadlifts (with 2 30# dumbbells)

ab progression.
