Thursday- 25 min run through San Fran (Fisherman's Wharf). Forgot my sneakers, wore my Toms!
Friday - Swim 25 laps (29 min)... slow says uncle howie! Ride 5 miles on the best bike I will ever ride! (cannondale rockabilly rental)
