not feeling so great this weekend, still tried to get a little WOD in tonight, utilizing anything i had in my bedroom. heres what i came up with:
4 rounds for time of:
5 wall climbs. 10 kb swings (20#). 10 push ups. 15 squats.

gotta say, my wall climbs were pretty pathetic - they are hard!
feeling good afterwards though...always good to sweat it out when youre sick!
