made one up today... 25 reps of each of the following:
box jumps
kettlebell swings (20#)
burpees
sit ups
push ups
double unders
handstand hold (30 sec)
overhead squat (20#)
dead lift (20#)
thruster (20#)

then i worked a bit on my handstand holds... getting better but nowhere near a handstand push up!
