as many rounds as possible of:

30 double unders
10 power snatches (30#)

4 rounds + 11 double unders

the double unders killed me on this... couldnt get into a rhythm for some reason.

cooled down with 5 min on the bike and 20 more double unders so I could be at 150 for the day.
