bedroom work out!

had to work late, just got home. had to get a blow off a little steam:

5 rounds for time of:
10 squats
10 kb swings
10 push ups
10 sit ups

10 reps each to signify the time i got home. 5 rounds, because that's the number of rounds I decided to do.
