morning wod

Ten rounds, each for time of:
100 meter Sprint
Rest 90 seconds

I used my sportband to get the right distance for these, I ran until I got to .7 miles each time. I thought my times were kinda slow, but then again, I'm slow. I just did the google conversion from .7 miles into meters, and I guess it's around 112 meters. I'd be interested to see what my times would be like if I did this on a track with a stopwatch... next time.
