crappy hotel gym day 2.

four rounds for time of:
run 400M
12 burpees

11:50

then 3 ab progressions and 3 planks (60 sec each)

although the gym stinks, there is a pro to this hotel - its right near a pretty cool bar that has mug night tonight! buy a beer, keep the mug. count me in.
