20 Double-unders
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 20#
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 15 pound dumbbells
30 Wall ball shots, 6 pound ball (only medicine ball I could find)
25 Back extensions
took around 18 min give or take...
