10 reps, 25# dumb bell hang squat clean

best part of this was that right next to me at the gym a dude was doing this workout, but not scaled, as it was listed on crossift.com. that was cool, don't usually see people crossfitting at my gym!
then i biked 5 miles on the exercise bike. 15 min.
