morning run

was able to keep up some wod's on the boat. here's what I did:

Sat (before departure) 1.5 mile run with the bro!
Sun - Run 400M. 50 push ups. Run 400M. 50 sit ups. Run 400M. 50 squats. Run 400M. 50 back extensions.
Mon - 5 deadlifts (25# dumbbells). 10 burpees. 7 rounds.
Tues - quick run. 1 mile.
Wed - run 1 mile. 50 squats. 25 push ups. 40 squats. 20 push ups. 30 squats. 15 push ups. 20 squats. 10 push ups. 10 squats. 5 push ups.
