first swim!

First swim in the train for the tri... thought it went pretty well, then I found out the pool was half the size I thought it was while I was swimming!!! Whoops.

So the workout ended up being:

5 rounds of:
swim 25 meters
10 push ups

Then I swam until I got to what I thought was 600M, but in reality was 300M. Whoops! There's always next time.
