wod

today's workout:
Helen, subbing OH squats for pull ups since someone was on the pull up machine.

400M run
21 kb swings (20#)
12 OH squats (15#)
3 rounds, around 11 min.

then the pull up machine opened up so i did 3 sets of 12 for good measure.

then my mom picked me up from the gym. not having a car makes me feel like a little kid!
