lumberjack 20 scaled wayyy down

This morning's work out got me good. Thought I was okay until I left the gym and was seeing spots and felt like I was gonna pass out. Good thing I scaled down...


20 Box Jumps
Run 400m
20 Pullups
Run 400m
20 Overhead Squats (20#)
Run 400m
20 Deadlifts (30#)
Run 400m
20 Burpees
Run 400m
20 KB Swings (20#)
Run 400m

Had to go up/down the stairs a few times to get to equipment. 26 minutes.
