Bacon Moon Pie

This just looks too delicious for a Wednesday afternoon. It makes me want to eat like 4 of these and then slowly fall into a cozy food coma while my stomach thanks me over and over again for the deliciousness.

A traditional Scottish shortbread with bacon fat and bacon cracklin, Bacon Moon Pie also features savory ingredients like a marshmallow made from Vermont maple syrup, bourbon, and bacon cracklin caramel. Oh yeah, and the whole thing is covered in dark chocolate.
