tonights workout: crossfit jersey city free park workout!

some runs and yoga stuff to warm up... then 3 workouts:

1. 50 push ups with sprints every time you need to rest along the way
2. 4 sets of: 20 walking lunges and 10 broad jumps
3. 3 sets of: 10 burpees and 25 butterfly sit ups

some runs in between each workout

good stuff!
