Last night Crossfit Jersey City was hosting a free outdoor workout at Hamilton Park so I went to check it out - ended up getting a great workout! Sore today.
We did a lot of push ups, squats, box jumps, mountain climbers, V sits, get ups, runs, some crabwalkin' and jumping jacks.
Sounds easy but... try doing it!
