"michael" (slightly modified). Cut down on the back extensions as there was no machine and was using a balance ball to do them, which was pretty difficult!

1 mile run.

I want to finish at least 3 runs under 6:30 by the end of the year (or the end of the world, whatever comes first). This was a benchmark I guess, first time I just went out and ran 1 mile trying to go fast. I didn't warm up at all, so hopefully a good warm up will help me next time as I try to cut 1 minute off today's time...yikes!
