did a killer work out with my coworker tonight:

run 1 mile
60 push ups
five minutes on the stair machine
100 trx squats
1000M row
25 jumping pull ups
5 min on the bike with hand weights
50 dips (assisted)
150 jump ropes
25 wall ball sit ups (12#)
